About the Founder

Kirk Anderson is a multi-faceted and principled leader with 40+ years of business experience bridging several industries. Historically, Kirk has served as a senior operating executive, including the role of President, to firms in commercial real estate, telecommunications services, entertainment programming and production, consulting, and career and leadership development.  

In a public service role, Kirk was appointed by two Governors of the State of Washington to serve two successive terms representing the business community on the Puget Sound Council and Action Team, which developed and governed water quality policy for the Puget Sound Basin located in Western Washington State. He has also served on numerous and varied community and industry boards and committees.

Currently, as the Managing Principal at ACTIONPOINTE LLC, Kirk provides leadership, strategy, and communication skills development, as well as execution assistance to organizations. His career development program, Secrets from the C-Suite, is designed to help individuals from all walks of life find where they fit best in the world of work, discovering meaningful work, optimizing value created for others and themselves, and realizing a career and future they can truly love and be passionate about.  

Kirk lives with his family in Seattle, WA and tries to get outdoors to enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest as much as possible. He really enjoys his work and wants nothing more than to help you enjoy your work, too! In his downtime, he likes to read, ride his bicycle around the back-roads of the Pacific NW, and loves a good cup of coffee; which is essential for any Seattle native.
